Each online class is individually tailored to your body, experience and personal goals. Choose from 1, 3 or 5 internet classes and practise at a pace that suits your lifestyle.

Online classes are available during normal private class booking hours. If you're interstate, overseas or in a different time zone, please contact Gay Men's Yoga. Whenever possible, I'll do my best to arrange a suitable time that works for both of us.​​​​
