Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Rescheduling Plans sometimes change, and that's perfectly understandable. Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Providing notice the day before allows enough time for the appointment to be offered to another client. Where possible, every effort will be made to accommodate an alternative appointment time. Late Cancellations Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may result in the session being forfeited. No-Shows If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and no notice has been given, the session will be considered a no-show and the session will be forfeited.
