Cancellation Policy
"It is understood that plans can change. GMY aim is to be as flexible as possible. To ensure fair scheduling for all clients, we require the following cancellation guidelines: Cancellation Notice: Please notify us of any cancellations or rescheduling needs at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will be subject to a [70 percent or fixed amount] charge of the scheduled service cost. No-Shows: Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notification will be charged the full service amount. Rescheduling: Rescheduling is allowed with at least 24 hours' notice. Contact: To cancel or reschedule, please contact during business hours."
