Feeling Stuck ?

Move, Talk And Reconnect

Lets Take The First Step Together.

Sometimes life slowly becomes smaller.

You stop doing the things you once enjoyed. You avoid going out, lose confidence in yourself and gradually become disconnected from your body, your thoughts and the people around you.

It may be anxiety, depression, grief, OCD, agoraphobia or simply the weight of life becoming too much. Whatever the reason, taking the first step can feel impossible.

I've learnt that one of the hardest things isn't knowing you need help—it's finding the strength to begin.

You don't have to do that alone.

A Gentle Approach

This is a safe, supportive space where we gently help your body begin moving again while allowing your mind the opportunity to slow down and breathe.

Sometimes we need to gently move the body before the mind can begin to settle. Other times, simply being heard is where the healing begins. Every person is different, and every session begins with meeting you exactly where you are today.

There is no pressure to perform. You don't need to be flexible, fit or know anything about yoga. You don't even need to feel motivated. Together, we'll simply take one small step at a time.

Movement That Meets You Where You Are

Sometimes when life becomes overwhelming, we stop moving. The less we move, the harder it becomes to reconnect with ourselves, our confidence and the world around us.

Together, we'll gently begin changing that.

Every movement is adapted to your individual needs and abilities. Whether you're sitting comfortably in a chair, lying supported with pillows and bolsters, or ready for gentle assisted movement, we'll work at a pace that feels safe and comfortable for you.

If moving feels difficult, I'll do much of the work by gently supporting and guiding your body while you simply relax and breathe. There is no pressure to keep up or push through discomfort. We'll work with your body, not against it.

As confidence gradually returns, many people find they don't just regain movement—they begin reconnecting with themselves and the life they want to live again.

Your Session, Your Pace

No two people are the same, so no two sessions are the same.

Some people arrive needing a quiet place to talk. Others prefer very little conversation. Some feel comfortable lying on a yoga mat supported by pillows and bolsters, while others would rather begin sitting in a chair. There is no right or wrong way.

Some people arrive saying,  "I don't even know where to start."

That's perfectly okay.  We'll work that out together.

More Than Movement

Sometimes gentle movement helps the conversation happen naturally. Other times we simply breathe, relax and enjoy a little peace and quiet.

Sessions may also include breathing practices (pranayama), meditation, progressive relaxation, mindfulness or guided relaxation—always tailored to what feels right for you on the day.

There is no set routine because there is no such thing as a "typical" session. We'll simply work with what you need, at a pace that feels comfortable and supportive.

One Small Step

Over the past two decades I've learnt that meaningful change rarely happens all at once. It begins with one small decision, one gentle movement and one person who believes you're capable of moving forward, even when you can't quite see it yourself.

Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, isolated, disconnected or simply finding it difficult to get started again, you don't have to do it alone. You don't need to come to me already feeling better. We'll take that journey together.

Your Journey Begins Here

Sometimes the hardest part is simply reaching out. Once you've taken that step, we'll work together at a pace that feels right for you.

Sessions are held in my private Gay Men's Yoga studio in Collingwood, Melbourne, providing a calm, welcoming and confidential space where you can slow down, breathe and focus entirely on yourself, free from the distractions of everyday life.

Because meaningful change rarely happens in a single session, I generally recommend beginning with a series of five sessions. Meeting regularly gives us the opportunity to gently build confidence, establish a routine and support lasting change, one step at a time.

While weekly sessions often provide the greatest benefit,

I also understand that life doesn't always go to plan. Some weeks simply feel too difficult—and that's okay. If you need to postpone a session, we'll simply reschedule it. You won't lose your session because you've had a difficult week.

This journey is about working with you, not against you. There is no pressure, no judgement and no expectation that you'll feel better overnight. Real change often comes through small, consistent steps taken over time, and together we'll find a pace that feels realistic, supportive and achievable.

Sometimes the first step is simply walking through the door. I'll help you with the rest.
